Meet the EP:
Molly is a dedicated and highly experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over a decade of clinical practice across Australia, from Perth to Melbourne. Her career has been defined by a deep commitment to delivering evidence-based, individualised exercise interventions that empower her clients to improve their health, independence, and overall quality of life.
Specialising in tailored programs for NDIS participants, cancer patients and survivors, and individuals with chronic or complex conditions, Molly completed her Master’s in Exercise Oncology in 2021. Her work focuses on improving functional capacity, managing side effects of treatment, and enhancing activities of daily living (ADLs) through movement-based therapy.
Molly’s clinical approach is grounded in education, empathy, and empowerment. She believes that understanding the why behind each treatment plan is essential for long-term success, and she works closely with each client to ensure their goals are met with clarity and confidence.
Committed to lifelong learning, Molly holds additional accreditations in:
Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)
Trauma-Informed Exercise Therapy
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS)
Exercise for Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
These qualifications enhance her ability to support a broad spectrum of clients, particularly those with:
Physical and mental health diagnoses under the NDIS
Chronic fatigue, chronic pain, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease
Pre-, during, and post-cancer treatment needs
Neuromuscular deficits
Functional limitations impacting ADLs
Age-related strength and mobility decline
Beyond her professional expertise, Molly is accompanied by Dex, her loyal 12-year-old Koolie x Kelpie, who occasionally joins her on visits (with prior patient consent). Dex brings a calming presence, a love for people, and never turns down a beach trip or a belly rub.
Molly’s unwavering passion for improving lives through movement continues to drive her practice, as she helps her clients build strength, regain confidence, and move toward better health—one step at a time.
