Our Services:
NDIS Participants
Life-Fit Exercise Physiology is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based exercise interventions tailored to the unique needs and goals of each participant. We understand the complexity and diversity within the NDIS, and we ensure every program is personalised through comprehensive assessment and ongoing collaboration.
With over seven years of experience working within the evolving NDIS landscape, our Accredited Exercise Physiologist has supported participants with a wide range of physical, neurological, and psychosocial conditions, including Multiple Sclerosis, Depressive Schizophrenia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, PTSD, and anxiety.
Our programs are designed not only to improve physical function and promote independence, but also to help manage symptoms, support mental wellbeing, and enhance overall quality of life. We believe exercise should be engaging, empowering, and sustainable—encouraging lifelong habits that are both enjoyable and meaningful for each participant.
My Aged Care
At Life-Fit Exercise Physiology, we offer expert in-home support for My Aged Care participants, focusing on improving functional strength, balance, and overall quality of life. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) has extensive experience working with older adults and understands the importance of safe, tailored movement programs to promote independence and reduce the risk of falls.
All programs are carefully developed to align with each participant’s individual goals, medical conditions, and existing treatment plans. We take a holistic and evidence-based approach to managing co-morbidities and minimising the physical impact of aging.
Strength-based exercise is one of the most effective tools to combat muscle loss, reduced bone density, and declining physical function. Sessions can be delivered in a one-on-one format or small group settings—encouraging both progress and connection in a supportive environment.
Exercise Oncology
Cancer treatment, while life-saving, often comes with significant physical and emotional side effects. At Life-Fit Exercise Physiology, we provide evidence-based exercise programs designed specifically for individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment, with the goal of enhancing quality of life, improving function, and supporting long-term survivorship.
Extensive research supports that Exercise is Medicine—it can significantly reduce fatigue, preserve muscle mass, improve mood, and mitigate many of the common side effects associated with chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. Our tailored programs are designed to safely support patients through all stages of treatment and recovery.
In addition to one-on-one care, we offer group-based sessions that foster social support and connection. These group environments not only promote consistency and motivation, but also provide a shared space for survivors to connect, move, and heal together in a positive and uplifting setting.
Living with a chronic condition—such as chronic pain, chronic fatigue, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or arthritis—can make regular movement feel overwhelming or even out of reach. At Life-Fit Exercise Physiology, we’re here to change that perspective with tailored, achievable, and supportive exercise programs.
Through personalised assessment and SMART goal setting, we help clients gradually build strength, improve function, and regain confidence in their bodies. Whether in a one-on-one or small group setting, our programs are designed to be safe, effective, and empowering.
Exercise is one of the most powerful tools available in the management of chronic conditions. It has been consistently shown to reduce symptoms, increase energy, and enhance both quality of life and long-term health outcomes.
With the right support and structure, meaningful and sustainable progress is absolutely possible.
Recovering from a painful injury and eager to return to the activities you love—whether it’s the gym, walking, or getting back in the water? A structured rehabilitation and strength program can be the key to a safe, effective recovery.
At Life-Fit Exercise Physiology, we provide targeted, evidence-based programs to support healing, restore function, and prevent re-injury. Without the right treatment, acute injuries can easily progress into chronic, long-term issues. Our goal is to break that cycle early and help you regain strength, mobility, and confidence in your body.
Take back control of your movement and recovery—so you can get back to doing what you love, pain-free and with purpose.
Exercise is a powerful tool in supporting mental health and emotional wellbeing. Research consistently shows that regular physical activity can help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress—while boosting mood, self-esteem, cognitive function, and sleep quality.
At Life-Fit Exercise Physiology, we understand that the right approach to exercise looks different for everyone. That’s why we create personalised programs that are aligned with your mental health treatment plan, current capacity, and individual goals—ensuring a supportive and safe experience every step of the way.
In addition to one-on-one sessions, we also offer small group options to foster social connection, build confidence, and provide a positive, inclusive environment for movement and recovery.
With the right support, exercise can become a powerful and sustainable part of your mental health journey.
